Summary

• Over the past two years I have worked as a freelance writer for multiple publications. I have written theatre-related stories, human-interest stories, and a sports feature that gained me a state press award. Some of these stories were assigned by editors; several I pitched myself.

• For six months before I began graduate school, I worked as the sole graphic designer in Georgetown College’s Department of Communications and Marketing. My major project during this period was Insights, the college’s alumni magazine.
